Enscape live sky presets (more saturated, different atmospheres)

Foreground / background blur slider or more controls to set focus, instead of current thin strip of sharp area.

The current settings for the artistic modes are pretty useless to me... that said, if occlusion/shading was included in a way to look natural and provide a sense of depth, I think they could be beautiful. I like the pen settings with line extensio...
