I want to be able to render translucent glass that lets light through but doesn't allow you to see through, like a frosted glass. It would still let a "glow" through but not direct sun, nor views. I haven't found a good way to do this in Revit. Some added complexity would be a gradient on a piece of glass from translucent on one side to normal (clear) on the other.
We understand this need. But we also think that there are already some ways how you can achieve this effect.
First and foremost you can use the "frosted glass" function in the Material Editor that was introduced with the "glass" material type in Enscape 4.1.
