Enscape Portal - new idea - Important Merged

Creation of Tessellation to get a photorealistic quality of bricks and stone and similar material.


Unfortunately right now the displacement is fake and you see this in the corner. Sometimes is usless if you are just doing a render of a masorny face. But if you have a lot of masonry buildings you see the limits of this fake displacement/bump.


Since real displacement maps can be really heavy the are 3 ways that comes to my mind maybe you can move forward:

1. Create a way that is light even in real time render, some parallax maps.

2. As in 1 case but since the performance will be bad put an advice before activate tessellation. So just if you have a great computer and you want you can activate /push the button "tasselation=on"

3. Create a Still rendering view. In this mode you get the best of realistic rendering but is a still frame mode.
