Vote for Light Management Merged

I'm currently working on the project for 3.5, and I wanted to share something that is currently bothering me. We probably have requests about artificial light placement and how painful it is to place them (especially in sketchup), so I thought why not placing and adjusting them directly from the enscape window (something like we have for assets right now). Also having some kind of 'light list', where you can see and adjust all light instances in the project, could improve the quality of life (I guess you used that phrase last time ) to our customers.
