On/Off Switch for Lights

On / Off "switch" options for lights when doing animation, so on certain keyframes and frame lengths - lights can be animated. Likewise please add some animated / moving people / cars.

it is really important for me especially rhino . also if can make it control in video editor instead of rendering 2 video one with light on and other light off, then adjust it in video editing program it will save huge time

This would be great for fine tuning interior lighting in larger spaces. Further down the line it would be beneficial to be able to create lighting scenarios and switch between them with click of a button when presenting the work to a client.
