Very important as I am an interior designer and I am constantly playing and changing the lighting.
Also, it is critical for the self-illuminating material to render "not matter what", even when the object is not visible. In every projects I use cove lighting and backlighting. Moving the camera to make the object visible is not a solution. I can't show a rendering of a bar with the camera on the floor to show my client there is going to be light under the bar counter. I know I could use the Line light source, but what if my bar counter is round? what if my cove lighting is not straight but as a wave pattern? In these situations, using the Line would be extremely time consuming and would not render evenly because of all those sticks put one after the other. This could be done so easily in one click with the self-illuminating material!
Last, it would also be AMAZING to be able to choose if the light source shows in reflection or not.
Thank you for considering my feedbacks! I LOVE Enscape!
