We need to ability to do this on the material level. For example, I want everything rendered as white, except these 3 materials (glass, grass, wood). This will help us with conceptual design. Materials are introduced gradually in the design process.

For urban design and concept phases in architecture its so necessary to get nice images that can tell the story. Buildings in that phases are usually not fully designed, but its nice to show green context to explain better the project .

In conceptual design, we might just want to show all the existing in white, and new massing with color. This can be done in Revit by changing all to white but its very time consuming. So we want to see everything white except diagrammatic materials.

It would be great if you could pick between an 'include' or 'exclude' mode., similar how Vray did (does?) this. Because if you only wanted to white out 5% of the model, it would be ridiculous to have to put 95% on the exclude list. Also, I'm not s...

YES! Being able to make certain elements stand out from white mode is brilliant. Think of the blank "construct" space in the Matrix! This is how you do that.

This would be great for early stages of design when materials haven't been developled but you want to see context or certain things as realistic. Would be useful for client meetings.

This is important where you have surrounding context that you have modelled or if you are very early in the design phase and you want the focus to be on form and space, rather than material.

This would be a huge time saver for us. We use white mode a lot and rarely move to full color as our client budget's rarely want to pay for the extra time involved. 1. Currently bump maps do not work for glass materials in white mode, it only work...
