The online platform for Enscape users to submit, vote, and collaborate on creative suggestions.
Batch export does not honor the scene name. It instead renames to Enscape's chosen file naming method.
Named scenes are important to keep the same for multiple reasons - a few of which listed below:
1) Files are often linked/synced across apps. New file names breaks these links and makes updating presentations tedious and messy. We should be able to overwrite the fileson export as well.
2) Gives users some context for what it is.
I would like to be able to change the format for the auto naming feature.
Right now it's Enscape_YYYY-MM-FF-HH-MM-SS, and that works very well, if the folder only contains exports from Enscape, but if images from other programs adds into it mess's up.
I would like some freedom to the autonaming. could be as simple to be able to select Unix timestamp, like in PHP time() -> 1770055475. Or just be able to change the format by altering the YYYY-MM-FF-HH-MM-SS, to what ever suts the user best
not a big issue, but the flexibility would be nice.
thanks
CHAOS PLEASE!
This still isn't sorted we just need the parameter 'CAD VIEW NAME' to be included the output image title!
This is very important for BIM users. When a 3d model is updated and you already have rendered images of it, paper layouts of the project use those images (old renders) and updating then should be flawless by just having the option to overwrite the existing renders (file name and path) thus keeping everything integrated with the BIM 3d model that is always changing...
