The visual representation on designs is what sells Enscape renders and walkthroughs to clients. But some clients have immediate concerns with design because they are stuck up on ‘wrong material choices’, to edit such surfaces on the fly within Enscape and with the client allows for quick solutions that better sell projects. The amount of times I have had to sit making a pitch with a client who then becomes frustrated with material choices, leading me to have to pause a pitch and then work with my draft engineers to fix… I have merely lost count.
Enscape visuals help sell those who are perhaps less visually-creative or able to see past certain elements on projects. The faster we can tweak them to please their design tastes the faster everything sells/wins… thus happily renewing Enscape licenses and carrying on ‘wowing’ clients.
Very critical option in my opinion.
Heck, create a tool that then allows a client VR walk through to then pick from a curated pallet of material options for surface textures. Like a pallet window that opens up, then they can select and paint themselves (or at least remove &/or highlight for review, as in yellow marking a surface or texture for review)
