Enscape Portal - new idea - Critical Merged

Phase out .exe files in favor for a viewer that is platform agnostic and enscape viewer files. Exe files are regularly flagged as having a virus and deleted by windows, and keeps it from being possible to share. The web viewer is a total waste of time, it doesn't represent anything the way a local enscape session does. If hardware is not up to spec, on a client machine, or collaborator's machine, then there could just be a warning.
