Artistic Visual Modes Merged

This would be incredible. There was once an after effects program called Piranesi. Being able to do what it did would be..... glorious. Sketchup has lots of filters and effects that get part way there, but to combine those sorts of effects with rendering subtleties of materials, lights and shadows... that'd be club banger!
