Add rain / weather effects Merged

It would be super cool to have the feaure to add rain or snow to our Enscape renders! Programming wise, it doesn't have to be that complex; just rain droplets that disappear as soon as they hit a wall or any surface. Therefore, they wouldn't be able to go indoors, without a need for complex geometry planning etc. Thanks!
