The Enscape Pack Project feature would allow users to pack entire CAD files that contain all:
Materials in MATPKG format with pathing to allow quick retrieval of material information
Assets (Standard and Custom)
Video Render Paths
Visual Presets
CAD file (and linked files)
It should be noted that V-Ray already has this feature in their Pack Project functionality.
