2D Placeholder Merged

For interior design working drawing sets...most 3d assets do not need to be seen. 2D plan view place holders would be great for putting together interior design construction drawings. Would be great to be able to checkbox 2D placeholder and or 3D place holder. The 3d placeholder is needed for placement of custom assets. The 2D placeholder is used only for the construction drawing output
