Revit Filters Merged

Hi, i work in the building services industry co-ordinating M&E Servcies using revit. I think the software is great for architecture, structural and lighting etc and i have acheieved some great images for clients. However myself and a client have come across a problem when using enscape for M&E services that we would like you to look into and see if there is a way around it. The way M&E servcies work in revit, you draw using systems and a graphics override but that means that everything on that system is linked and stays the same colour. As an example - in a run of pipework i would like to keep pipes and pipe fittings in one material/colour but pipe accessories (valves etc) keep their manufacturer set materials. So far i have acheived some great reults but my work around is time cosuming and doesnt work within a live project. i currently have to save the model as then move and disjoin all pipe accessories then delete the systems from them and move then all back to the correct place. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss or think a workround is possible.
