Layer assignment

when inserting enscape assets in rhino the content of the block (the proxy mesh) gets assigned to random layers. Please fix this by putting the proxy mesh on the layer where the block sits or at least on the current layer.

has always been an issue or error in the software. Blocks don't live on the layer that you think they do so not so easy to turn on and off correctly.

So far it has been messy and confusing the layer management when inserting new blocks. This is critical when scenes end up with few hundred different models.
