Being able to add a decal/graphic image over the top of any material or surface. This would be beneficial for adding things like custom decor artwork on walls (retail shops), weathering effects and road and parking lot markings, just to name a few.

Surface imperfections and weathering maps for materials
Create more realistic look, adding another map on top of reflections. Or built-in slider with material type option (weathering for metal, plaster, concrete etc... ) It could be AI generated to achieve realistic look.
Beveled edges at corners like the competitors in the industry should be applied per material. Revit currently does not offer this feature nor should it as it would make contract documents overly messy with hundreds of lines at every corner.
