Rhino 8 introduced “Model On” layer visibility controls, which sit on top of the traditional global On/Off layer toggles.
Using Model On instead of global visibility allows users to maintain consistent layouts that are not affected by temporary changes to model visibility.
Currently, Enscape ignores the Model On visibility state and only respects the global layer On/Off toggles. As a result, users are forced to control visibility using global switches, which disrupts layout appearances and defeats the purpose of the new Rhino 8 workflow.
Please consider adding support for Rhino 8’s Model On layer visibility so Enscape correctly reflects the intended model state without impacting layout consistency.
