'Always Horizontal' Toggle

I deal with topo solids for existing sloped parking on a daily basis. By default the vehicle family types are set to "Always Horizontal". This means I have to manually edit the family type setting per vehicle type, per model and this is very time consuming. A simple check box modifier under the family type would speed this process up immensely. If there is a way to implement this in during the insertion process, this would be even better!
