Using a HDRI skybox with certain rotation is linked to the Enscape visual settings.
If i want to do another view (and likelly rotate the skybox, to fit better on the view) then i need to create a new visual setting , per skybox rotation , per view.
The same way Enscape sky is linked to the saved view, could the skybox rotation also be linked to the view ?
