Once a collaborative annotation is created, next time you create a new one, prepopulate the previous values automatically so the creation of collaborative annotation process requires less clicks.
Yes, all fields should default to the last setting. Of course the user could modify the fields, but having to re-enter numerous fields, all with the same value, significantly slows the annotation creation process. In almost all circumstances, the previous fields would be replicated for subsequent annotations (at least in the current session).
